It's good to know that our politicians are still at the beck and call of the RIAA and the MPAA. Somehow the article didn't mention the fact that Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) may have a conflict of interest in the matter, being that he has vested interestests in songwriting and publishing business. Of course, our lovely elected officials are in election year and will try to be harsh on P2P "offenders" without having a freaking clue of what's going on.
