I was perfectly sober when this happened. It was a riot. A lovely six minute audio brought to you in all it's luxurious 96 kb/s mp3 glory. For your pleasure. Enjoy! It's in Spanish, I'm afraid, that's the breaks while partying in Puerto Rico.

The weekend's gone and even though I'm penniless I'm quite happy and satisfied. Saturday was a good show, Sunday rehearsal with da pozzers (QUICK GO TO MY FOTOLOG! THEM PICS ARE WAITING!) was fun. Then we ate at Wendy's and gossipped. Bonding with them is good and makes me appreciate them as individuals and as a band. Yes, Uncle Jose loves his punk rawk nieces. Speaking of nieces and nephews, my little bro is stateside. I wish I could jump in the first plane available to see him and his family. Also to see my older brother and his. Anyway, this week would be dismal moneywise but I'm quite happy and content. Eze is making his move and the housewarming party should rule accordingly. Me and da pozzers are hitting the studio in two weeks, so rehearsals are in order.

Ok, I think I should get some well deserved sleep.

Oh, and well if Eze manages I have a special recording for you. Teehee!

Got this from Rose so thanks dear. You're supposed to find your birth month and cut and paste it into your blog, striking through anything that does NOT apply to you. Since I can't strikeout the parts that don't apply to me, I'll leave the parts that apply only. That's how I see myself. Of course, you can check out the link if you don't agree.

Watched "Maria Full of Grace" with Vero last night. Really cool film and hanging out with Vero always rawks. Did the show last night. Had to sort out some situations, but we pulled it off nicely. Went to El Cojo for drinky-drinks afterwards. Lately I haven't feeling very well and I need to change things around. I have to get out of this hole I am at, and I need to get out of there soon. I'm tired, weary and oh-so-fucking-bored. I need some excitement and change. Enough ranting.

Less shitty day. Or something.

Well the only hassle I actually had was that there was little or no 'net at work but I helped the guys as much as I could and I brought the rest of my actual work home. I met Alberto today and we had some fun at his house hanging out with him and his cousin Alex.

Spoke to V as in Kymill again a bit before getting back to my workload. Seems she has a full house. Man!

Aside from that, not much, really. I want to keep life simple. Very few complications, thankyouverymuch.

Now lemme get some sleep.

I had a really shitty day today...........

Worked out some kinks until 4 am then tossed and turned in bed with barely a wink of sleep until 10:33 am in which I gave up and woke up, feeling like shit. No one was home figured my sister took my dad to a medical appointment. Get showered, dressed, eat a hearty lunch, watch Springer and I'm off to the nearest ATM so I can get my money and go to work.

On my way there I find my dad.

On this heat.

By his lonesome.

On his way home.

My dad is a pretty old geezer and knows better than going out on this heat anywhere. God knows what might happen to him one of these days.

Turns out he went out to buy the paper and some meds. I asked him why the hell didn't he ask me to do it, but he being the lovely stubborn man that he is had to do it himself.

My stress levels went to the roof.

So I walked him home, fixed him lunch, lost an hour doing a good deed, but remember I am on my way to my job and i don't want to give them an excuse to fire my ass. I called work. Originally I planned to skip work because the way my day was turning but I remembered that I needed to be there in order to get all the work done and avoid more crap the next day. So I lost an hour taking care of my dad. Call my editor, told her the situation and she was cool about it. Then got there. Lo and behold, no Internet. I need the net to do part of my job so I copied the texts and audios that I needed to edit and helped out with the afternoon news show picking up the Internationals from the wire.

Work keeps my brain busy, and I needed that. Nevermind that I'm getting a feel for the place and I feel that I'm not liked in some quarters, but I don't give a flying fuck, really. As long as I'm doing my job and getting paid for it, the rest is just a bonus. I really don't have the time nor the stomach for the little dramas and cliques there. Then again, I'm not much of a people person. I really like my job, and the people issue I can live with.

Anyway, Vero got me a ride home and I worked on the material and it's past 3 am now so I'd better get some shuteye.

I am so sick of my family. I better save some money so I can get the fuck out. I know I sound selfish and terrible and there are lots of things I'm grateful for, but I need to get out of that environment and that house fast. I'm grateful for all the things mom and dad did for me and I love my little bro to death but I need breathing room and my own space. Now!

Friday I was too tired to go out.......zzzzzzzzzzzzzz..........

Saturday I took my day off the show and rehearsed with the lovely pupup punk rock ladies known as de pozzers. Actually, the plan was just to watch them rehearse and goof around and somehow I ended up playing bass and keys. It was fun to pick up the bass and play keys again, and the girls want me on board permanently, so I agreed. I mean, I had no choice *grin*. It was fun to hang out and watch them rehearse and play to their heart's content. Playing with them live should be a blast.

Sunday zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.........and actually worked with the laptops and the desktop updating and yadda yadda yaddda.

Killing the hours until 3 am when the lovely trashmen come to make their early morning racket.

I must put a/c here.

So the tide is turning to a lucky couple that found each other and I wish them the best. They deserve each other and I am very very happy that things are working out for them. Finally ze room is nice, clean and (sort of) organized. Things are happening at work and I only with my personal life was better. The heat down here is hellish, so all I crave right now is a bed, air conditioning and someone to have industrial quantities of sex and cuddling. Heh.

Watching "Gorky Park". I saw the movies and read the novel, along with "Polar Star" and "Havana" ages ago. I'm still drawn to Arkady Renko and his worldview. Martin Cruz Smith is a good writer. I guess I've had my Irina and lost her too. Funny enough, that's the name of my younger brother's wife.

My friend Carmelo Ruiz-Marrero is a year older today. Wish him the best and check out his blog

Yesterday we headed for Aibonito to check out a friend's computer, then for another cool show at the station, then to El Cojo for drinkydrinks and I left early with Vero, Julissa and Nady because I had a lot of stuff pending for today and we ate at Denny's. I love hanging out with the girls and outraging them with the things that come out of my mouth and brain. ;)
